As @huskihl pointed out, 4 screws and the dent pulling intake apparatus comes off.

This opening here has a rubber grommet that seals it to the airbox. I've already removed, bagged and put in my truck where I can later wonder what I did with it.

and stuff

You don't see 'em doing this chit in da Yoop, they'da traded that sombitch to someone from Minnie-soda, Wisco or the L.P., for a 12 pack of Milwaukee's Best. LOL
