First choice would be a Dolmar 6100(ported) then an Echo CS620(ported). Both of those for nimbelness and light weight and build quality. Finish up with a 6400 just because it's an expandable saw and personally I like the feel of that series.

I have run a 562xp once and it does deliver on it's promise, no denying that....

But that said, my first choice for 60cc is the good ol' 357xp. It was the first saw I drooled over probably 12 years back or so, and then I eventually was able to buy one brand new 10 years ago. Prior to buying my 357, the only thing I had was an old Husky 35. The 357 was the first REAL Husky and first brand new saw I ever bought. I still have that saw and am still in love with it to this day.

If I could only keep one saw, it would be my MMWS Echo cs-600p with a 20, 24, and 28" bar. Cutting the softwood we have here in Idaho (Lodgepole, Red Fir, Tamarack), it's just a joy to run. I believe it will cut right there with any ported 60cc work saw. Simple, reliable, powerful, and reasonably priced...what more could a person want?

A ported cs-620p or Dolmar 6100 would be equally great choices as well IMO.
