So...Starting by DAVE IS AWESOME GUY TO DEAL WITH!
He is backing up this deal

However the story goes like this

Upon arrival this Lady wouldn’t fire up even by a Greek Lover.

After many pulls and videos sending to Dave i ve decided to fill some fluids into her hole. Couple pulls and she fired up like a demon, but I didn’t have time to use her.

Again yesterday tried to start her but nothing until i got her wet.

So i played the screws nothing and the lines seem ok however tomorrow i ll go deeper.

At the beginning thought problem was in the spark but after using 3 different plugs. I was pretty ashamed I couldn’t “spark” her.

Conclusion seems while chocked no fuel goes there.

Any advice what & where should look?
Did you check to make sure that the choke is working that will mess with you.

If I over fill my hybrid I have trouble starting. Won't let fuel flow just on pulls. I think it's an am vent. Might be worth a shot to dump a little fuel out. Just an idea.

I ll go easy to basics tomorrow and if they don’t work...

Well i was going to get deeper into her anyway. This saw is and will be the strongest saw in my country.

My 2 cents worth ,weather this applies or not don't know .I have 2100 Husky that came from some island off the coast of Washington state with bad coil .It has a ram tube with a K and N filter .I suspect it's had some soup but as little as I know about this model wouldn't be able to tell . It's got a large bore Tilley HS which ECopsey who knows a lot more than I do said it is over sized because he had one with the same carb .
On a cold start.choke once and only once. About 4-5 more pulls it fires off .Twice you will pull your arm out of the socket before you get a putt out of it .After the first start, good go the rest of the day Starts easy, has more power than the average 2100 .Might be the carb ,might be the porting if it's been worked over .I never found out .

If it doesn’t respond to basic things i ll go full ahead with everything new since i ll put the Wiseco also.

Help appreciated Deets
Check with Dave about which cylinder is on it. And if this CCC piston has rings compatible with the cylinder

Very nice piston not cheap ether I've been thinking about putting one in one of my 660s. The problem you are having has to be something simple you'll just have to tinker with it besides at least you'll have something to do tomorrow.:beer-toast1:

We had impulse line issues with the 440 kits, but not the 660 kits. The impulse barb was slightly longer than stock and would intermittently bottom out against the side wall if the impulse line. Drove us nuts, cause all the lines were OK.

Same symptoms as above. Ran fine but wouldn’t start because the pump side of the carb wasn’t getting proper signal.

I bet it’s impulse or carb. I’d swap the impulse line or at least inspect it first.
