The rain began earlier than I thought but has cooled it down nicely
Rain messed w my temps, butts at still going.... hanging out at 185. Ribs were great though
Buts didn’t finish till 9:15 that’s a heck of a wall there. 12 hrs
Butts will hit the wall at around 150 degrees. I’ll usually let em go a while after that, and then wrap emNew to butts only done 6.... mostly brisket and ribs sausage and cold smoke sausage

Just pulled this off of the smoker. When my wife bought it, she thought it was a Turkey breast. I think Charlie, @amberg cooks chickens that are larger.
Should still make some killer club sandwiches.

240*-250* until the internal temp in the thigh was 165*.Skin looks perfect. what was your temp. I take that it was over 325.
