I sometimes marinade Salmon in Italian dressing or a Soy, Balsamic and Ginger mixture.
I'm always looking for something new to try.

Well gentlemen it’s Independence Day.

I’m not a big fan of pulled pork, butt the wife likes it though.... poor thing grew up in GA.

I like brisket and ribs.

Coming down to temp quite nicely. Darned live oak and mesquite burn hot. Gotta choke it down to a sliver on the damper. Weather shows we’ll hover around 90 w chance of storms this afternoon. ( that will be GREAT for reducing grass fires this evening everything is BROWN already around here.
