Take plenty of pic's, We'll figure out what they are and rarity.
The 990g has been on my short list of saws I want to restore.
I always figured it would look nice next to my C9.
I redid it.Is that a nos bar or did you refurbish it?
I redid it.
Freudian slip?Thanks.
The newer saws are nice but I enjoy wenching on the older ones a lot more.
Probably, It will be blasted for sure. Didn't think of the epoxy...good idea. A guy on another forum has a stack of nos ones so I may try to get one from him. lol I'll have some fun with this one first to see what I can do though.Could you blast and put a layer of epoxy on the cup to level it?
Thanks there buddy!Cool build.
Thanks there buddy!
Could be.........or I'm just not a good spleer.Freudian slip?
Wow, that is gonna be one bada55 saw.
Question: What are the two big gears for? Is that some kind of oil pumping system? At first I thought they were stepping down the chain sprocket, but that doesn't make sense...
I suffered long enough from jealousy and decided to bite the bullet and get one. lol Now I'm jealous of a guy who has like 10 of these!I'm a bit jealous BTW. These are the saws I find most interesting.
