Yes it is you tend too overlook it when you see it everyday it's quite hardworking all those steep valleys but it keeps the housing developments away

Thanks it's nice and quiet around here away from the big towns but land is becoming a premium product and carries a heavy price tag now but the fields around here are small with big hedges

That's not so good for you do you have planning restrictions do you have tooo gain permission from your local council government

Here we are on solid rock and steep terrain. I've been very lucky to get deals to use a few acres here and there that are very close to me. If all my wheeling and dealing bear fruit.....I'll be running cattle on 150 acres by next summer.

Hope it all pans out for you with that extra land is the cattle market steady after the holiday season over here feeder cattle are holding a strong price and calves are a strong price

The farming press over here are reckoning on a full market of wheat this year I heard that the south eastern plains of the US have had good rain this winter and are looking plentiful better than other years and breeders are having an extra breeding season out of there cows before culling

But again it's the press so can you believe it , i would sooner hear the word on the street from the OPE ranchers

Grain prices are respectable. Cattle like grain. I expect the beef prices to follow. Just my opinion.
