8,11 and 13 pt all shot in last 8 years. Most recent one was 3 years ago. Kinda sucks lost this spot due to owner having to sell.

Has anyone tried to take what we use to call a Texas mount and dip the scull in paint yet and if so how is the paint holding up? That looks great.

I've never painted any ? Seen some done didn't like the look.
I bleach in peroxide then some light clear coat looks pretty good that way ?

Some people dip them in that liquid imaging stuff of all kind of prints

They do it here on gator skulls and hog skulls here in fl in camo patterns

I've seen camo, rebel flags, American flags, not my thing. Be different if I bought it ? Not something I'd do to one I harvested. One shop used do have hand painted western scenes on bull skulls and Native American stuff that were pretty awesome. I did like those but not at they're prices.

I have been a shed hunter for quit a few years and have found a few skulls also that would look good in that black. white and red tie dye. but i am not sure how the paint holds up.
