I have also fixed a Stihl MS 460 that suffered the same malady. The saw operator kept tightening the chain until it cut right through the needle bearing and was working on the drive shaft before he woke up and decided that something was wrong. Gasp!I hate to admit, but I have seen worse. One on a 365 came in that split in half and then cut the clutch drum driver apart. Some operations make money in spite of their best efforts not to.
I had that on an 025. Cut it off and somehow kept chewing...Worst I have seen where the remains of one.
