There's no fuel injection involved in that comparison.

Other than price I don't know why anyone would buy a 400 next to a 462 on the shelf, they basically feel the same if you aren't a pussy with a sensitive weight dectector built in.

My thoughts exactly. I couldn't tell a difference in weight, but the 462 is noticable stronger.

If i get anything it will be a side by side. The neighbors with the Polaris ranger said the same of their quads. To tippy. Kevin and Chris have no issues that ive heard but, your center of gravity is higher with those legs. Cry about that mfer.

Zero issues in 16 months of owning the Defender. Last winter I used it to shuttle rounds out of the woods when I was helping the dude with boiler wood. I was impressed with the *s-word it handled loaded down in 2wd low.

The weight is mere ounces. That maybe why I was thinking fuel injected, To have that advantage with less cc and not guzzle like a 500. That and the "00" designation.

I got turned off on them years ago. Their 4 wheelers were terribly unstable. Whenever we went riding in the mountains here.....the Polaris machines were constantly rolling over.....

Lots of that issue is due to the independent rear suspension being set to soft ect and had just become the normal with all brands since they’ve gone to independent machines that are as large and heavy as a polaris
