As I follow this thread, I get the impression he just does the bare minimum to stay a step ahead of going to jail, and with the ever changing stories, I suspect a drug problem (though I admit I have no proof). It just "looks like a duck"!

well that makes sense if he claimed bankruptcy then he doesn't have to provide anything but at least he's going to get the saws to those who paid. But for the ones who paid by credit card what a pain now they have to deal with the bank and provide proof that they did not get what they paid for.

I guess I am one of the super lucky ones.....i sent my brand new 395 to him roughly in middle of April of 2018....speaking to him...i asked if i could have it back by the end of May....low n behold...i got it.
Liked it so much....i sent him my 562 around December of 18.....about 2 months later....it was back in my hands.
Communication wasnt bad....found it easier to email him than callin....
Readin all this i have to chuckle......cuz VERY SELDOM AM I THE LUCKY ONE....
