I have had a few used saws a year.....and longer at times. Last year was particularly tough. Lots of things happened that got me further and further behind. I don't hide though. I tell people up front that selling new ported saws is my first priority. Communication is key.

I’ve been known to get a little delayed, by months, a half dozen of them, sometimes more.

I’m part of a HUGE upgrade at one of the nations busiest airports, sometimes working over 100 hours a week. Also have 4 kids that don’t get enough Daddy time...........

Over a year turnaround to port a saw seems plain fishy to me, I'd never even consider committing.

Just saying.

Not trying to stick up for the guy but if you're if you are doing repair and service and porting as a busines it's a first come first serve for the most part so I can see there be a year turn around but don't get me wrong there's no excuse for what he did. He took money and took Saw's and then poof gone he could have and should of said no can't do it and sent money and Saw's back...........

14 years in November !!!!

My Uncle Frank wood have had 44 years in November. WWll marine earned Bronze star on Iwo, believe it may have been hard to stand out on that island. He passed away a few months after passing 31 years.
12,249 days so far. There will be a time next year (if I don't pick up and keep breathing) that exactly half my life will be spent learning how to live better. And without a wicked work saw

A guy called me today......he said he finally got a returned message from Terry. This is after the fellow spoke with the Sheriff about the whole thing. Terry told him that he'd filed for bankruptcy......and had to go back to logging. He also told him that he would be sending him a saw. He said that those who paid by credit card would have to get their money back thru their card companies. But those that sent a check would get a saw sooner or later. That really does nothing to explain why he stopped answering calls and returning messages.

Sounds like a NOPE to me. Lots of folk make their living with their saws. If I got *f-worded like that, I'd be giving someone a permanent limp.

well that makes sense if he claimed bankruptcy then he doesn't have to provide anything but at least he's going to get the saws to those who paid. But for the ones who paid by credit card what a pain now they have to deal with the bank and provide proof that they did not get what they paid for.
