I'd look into finding a new preferred porter with all the bad news surrounding Terry Landrum/WWS.I wanted to order a few more saws for a friend and collegue, and could not reach Terry on the phone, so I googled.

There are plenty reliable and good masters to choose from.
I have a MMWS Dolmar PS-6100, and a XS Makita EA5000 is inbound.
Eivind it's great that you and Terry had a good relationship, and that he dealt fairly with you. Sadly, something changed and a lot of people didn't get a fair deal.
Don't think I started this thread without thinking long and hard about it. Terry and I have been friends for about ten years. But after so many men came forward with stories of never getting what they paid for, I felt that it would be wrong not to say something publicly.
I think we should all send positive thoughts to Terry and remember him in our prayers. I guess the strongest compassion is needed for those who deserve it the least.
I am not really in a position to recommend any porter as I have and ran only one ported saw, my MMWS 6100.I would be grateful if you could recommend someone who can match power and reliability of the Terry´s saws.

Also, I dealt only with one porter - Kevin @huskihl .
He is great to deal with.
There are members with much more experience in terms of ported saws.
FYI, something is wrong with Your quotes.
Apologies, I didn't want to impose in any way!I'm too far behind to be interested in taking on another overseas customer.
