Been too hot and dry here for anything. Grass is dying and my small garden won't even sprout.

It might be a long summer, heat index has been over 100 for 2 weeks now. But I've got to keep on a tree man pays his January and February bills in June and July.

If I saw > 85*F, I think I would die. When it creeps towards 70* here, everyone just stops doing things outside. I do remember it was about 75*F and supposed to go higher, warnings were being issued by the local radio station, people were keeping an eye on elders and buying fans for them. It was bad that year. We had three people pass due to the heat and it never even hit 80*F. We have a semi-dry heat with about 40% humidity above 65*F.
