It is a Husqvarna 36 or something like that clutch tool.
I made that one just because, I have no use for it and I wasn't asked to make it.
I had to buy Husqvarna clutches to make the tools and the eBay seller had that one too so I got it as well.

The Husqvarna 353 tool was a request.
Aparently the OEM tool is made out of sunray hardened bubblegum, or so I'm told.

Since I work nearly every one of these saws it was necessary to have in the clutch tool bin.

The last image is a tool I use here and never had a problem other than a tight fit that to tap on at times. and that one is the

Lots of the small huskies on the list are just a glorified poulan. Up here with the cost of parts and labor unfortunately a 200$ saw isn’t worth fixing lots of times. Average of 100$ an hour up here for saw work and 10-12$ per chain sharpening.

Yes they are Poulans as Husqvarna owns Poulans. It just the real old Poulans are part of Husqvarna. For parts and labor you can't be hard nosed about billing as long you make a profit. I bill on a pro-rated rate on the cheaper saws. This brings a lot more profitable work like the ZTRs. Just makes sense to do this here. Most customers are not in to rebuilds. At that level they usually just buy a new saw.

Even when pro rated you need to let the customer know the potential cost up front. Sometimes even a new bar and chain is too for some customers until you explain that those expendable items like vehicle tires. They going to wear out no matter what a saw costs.

And top of that managed parts procurement is a must. An example is the TriLink 3/8 lp 100 ft spool of saw chain that I acquire this month for less than half the cost of what Stens wanted for the same saw chain. I think $136 was a more than a fair price.

Most screnches are just preased round seamed tubing, soft.
A socket is a better workpiece choice.

I chose and really like the properties of high tensile ISO12.9 grade bolts as raw stock.

Very nice custom tools! No surprise

I like the chains in the original post for use on pole saws: they don’t bounce on small diameter limbs.

Apparently, that’s why they were originally developed: the reduced kick-back performance was discovered as an unexpected result.

Not necessarily the best choice for large timber.

Re: cheap screnches, that design is actually protective.

Working on someone else’s MS250, I turned a genuine, STIHL scrench into a spiral trying to loosen the bar nuts. Like a soft noodle!

Heard of that, but never ‘believed’ it!

Guy had misplaced his scrench and used a ratchet and socket. Easy to apply more torque with those, and easy to strip out the studs from the plastic case (most guys don’t carry a torque wrench in the field).

But I hate when clutch removal tools slip!
