IMO, the biggest surprise is the lack of popularity of the 60 cc saws, with the following that 562s, 262s, 036/360s, 361s, and 362s have, I am really surprised they did not rate higher. I see all of these as fairly popular saws.

The pole was just what you owned the most of. I still think the 60cc saws are pretty popular Mike.
Heck, our MOFO 036's are pretty stout saws. [emoji106]

True but many 50cc saws are so much more agile than the 036 you get a bit more torque from the 60cc and commonly 2 inch linger bar so it's 1 more saw to lug around to do a Lil bit more than a 50cc. I personally would jump to a 440 460 after I'm done with a 50cc

Mike the way I see it the 60cc is probably the best single saw plan out there. However, no one answering this poll is on a single saw plan... The top to categories are 50cc and 70cc and I bet everyone that clicked each has one of the other. If there was a poll of if you could only have 1 size saw I would expect 60cc to be 1st, then 70cc and 3rd 50cc.

I would be the odd ball that I am on single saw pic. I'd choose my top handle I make more money with a top handle saw

True Dat!!!!

@bikemike
What fun would that be to just skip the 036. Gotta have an 026, 036, 046, 066, etc. Lol
One would miss out on the fun of running saws. [emoji106]

Wish I had a 46 then the 661. I got the oh26 woody pro and oh34 av super bone stock. Just missing screen and flat head screw to hold screen in. No big loss for me

I have 2 ported 046s and would like another
My 036 is a beast and a good all around saw
Yeah I need a bigger saw. I have taken down some big trees with my Lil oh34 and customers ask why the saw is so small I tell them IL get the tree down safe and drop it where it needs to be. 20 inch bc 38 inch dead elm. Yeah the skills come in handy and it's nice to know I can do it

79cc fun saw. My fun saws are sub 50
Till 2006. All I had was my dad's 1985. Sachs-Dolmar 105 40cc top handle - she did all the firewood cutting, firewood were and still are firewood logs.

My stock Dolmar PS-6400 is since 2006. my main workhorse for all jobs small and big.
She took the workload off the little SD105.

2014. I bought myself my Dolmar PS-7900 used, gave her a mild muffler mod.
She is the most powerful chainsaw I ever ran, she's also overkill for my own firewood processing requirements (firewood logs) but she's so much fun to run that I occasionally take her along for whole tree dismantlement.

My Dolmar PS-6400 has better fuel economic and she'll get any work done I throw at her - love this saw to pieces!
My Dolmar PS-7900 has become an attraction in my surroundings since I put up a few videos of her paired up with her secondary 36" B&C setup - the large American style 1 bucking spikes I so kindly received from a fellow member and the muffler mod add to her awesomeness.
79cc is a LARGE saw in my area!

EDIT/P.S.:
Nowadays when I pick up my 40cc saw she just feels slow and gutless.
Is she less heavy? Yes.
Is she fun to run? No, not really.
Do I find my larger saws fun to run? Yes, all day long!

Most of mine are 100cc+
But come to think of it there's a lot under that ?? but two that
Spring too mind Dolmar ps-420 Dolmar 115

The saws that are always on the move In and out the door are 40cc and 50cc
That's always consistent

Same here i thought the 60cc would rank higher.
With what i do it will always be a 70cc or larger.
When i get more feeble then i will run the 50s lol
The 60cc i have are near the same weight as the 70cc saw's.
