When to pressure check a saw?

Anybody know of a good vacuum test kit for weedeaters, blowers, and 30-50cc saws? I have a fairly new vacuum pump test kit from Snappy, I suppose all I need are block off plates and adapters.

I pressure test most saws.
I got a sweet kit from Dave and like to play with it.
Real easy with the adapters and rubber blank offs.

Are these kits available to the public?

Aah, the chainsaw conservationist! I'm going to give him some bizness on payday. The Stihl block off plates and spark plug adapter he sells should be all I need for testing most oil burners, right?

there is also a more "deluxe" ....expensive... OEM Stihl kit that is pretty awesome but very pricey and has been on backorder for about 2 months now which may mean they are changing the contents

The traditional Husky plates and part numbers... (There are newer styles for the newer carbs/intakes.) Pretty easy to make if you have some aluminum stock and an old inner tube handy.
