If you can get your hands on one get it I loaned it out to a friend with no internet He then had to have a copy. It's not all about fly tying or anything but there's a nice little section in it has rigging tips and everything you could need it's a really special book

Fishing and hunting seem to be common themes, but I'm a bit more odd I guess.......

Metal detecting for old coins and relics is one of my passions when the ground isn't frozen.......I've even headed across the pond to England and hunted there a few times for some serious history......

Well you'd have fun at my house.
Back in the revolutionary war, there were 15k British troops camped on my lawn.
Known as Prospect Hill, there are a few guys that have pulling British coin outta the ground here for 10+yrs.
He was just here yesterday actually

Didn't know you were either, Bob. We're close enough, we should get together for a hunt one day. Lots of history around both of us.

I've got a few detectors including a new XP Deus.

I've taken up 12 and under girl's youth league fastpitch softball pitching. My daughter is actually on the team, but we go outside and chunk the ball around about 4 days a week after I get home from work, so I get plenty of throws in. After studying and practicing the delivery for about 3 years, I can say with some authority that is one weird way to throw a ball, particularly when you start getting into the breaking pitches.
