Looks good.

Thank you! Real credit goes to those who already did all the R&D and figured out what works, what doesn’t and were kind enough to post it on the interwebs so the rest of us slackers could learn from their mistakes!! My first Dolmar jugs are this one and the 133s.

Got the 10-10 running real good. Just need an air filter, fuel cap gasket, tank vent, and chain. But runs and oils nicely.
064 I just bought from my boss had been worked on by a co-worker and would run either pig rich or super lean at an idle.......WELL....it must have been a Friday as when he kitted the carb he put the pump gasket on the bottom instead of the top of the thick gasket. AH well......if it wasn't for that simple mistake I would have paid way more for the saw so I'm rather happy that's what he did. lol View attachment 120653

Would love to get my hands on a 064

Ok guys got a question on a 044 I'm trying to put the oil pump back in and the metal line that has the o-ring on it doesn't want to seat down in the hole like it should is there something I'm missing? A trick or something? I thought it just pushes right in place

I started the day with two 82 cc McCulloch saws disassembled and mostly cleaned up, with a bunch of other parts mixed in just to make it interesting.

Ended up with this...

I learned today that the flywheel cover for the PM800/805/8200 saws are different from all the others so I will be hunting for a cover for this one. Over the past two or three weeks I have managed to put together four 82 cc from parts saws I picked up over the past several years in addition to rebuilding a PM850 and an SP81. It has been a good stretch.

Well the 028s started in two pulls and barely needed any screw tweaking to idle, rev and run just right!! That's the way it should be...
First saw I've worked on in over a month, more like two actually...

Looking good as usual! Nice work.
Much cooler than an old 028S...

I had the deliver a day early on one package and one a day late last week.

But they got there not bent........

It pisses me off because this is the 3rd time this week USPS have been late delivering. 2 times my packages were displayed “out for delivery” in the tracking (1st was OFD on Monday and didn’t arrive until Thursday) and my 7900 tank was marked OFD today and didn’t show up: now Rattler has to wait until Monday for those seals. Shiite like this drives me insane!
