Funny you should say that: when I grow up I want to be an engineer
Roughed in the ports and transfers on the 7900 jug:

Got some smoothing and final shaping to do before sand and polish
Looks good.
Got the 10-10 running real good. Just need an air filter, fuel cap gasket, tank vent, and chain. But runs and oils nicely.
064 I just bought from my boss had been worked on by a co-worker and would run either pig rich or super lean at an idle.......WELL....it must have been a Friday as when he kitted the carb he put the pump gasket on the bottom instead of the top of the thick gasket. AH well......if it wasn't for that simple mistake I would have paid way more for the saw so I'm rather happy that's what he did. lol View attachment 120653
So you have some 133 time then.....Now i have to wait on parts

So you have some 133 time then.....
Looking good as usual! Nice work.I started the day with two 82 cc McCulloch saws disassembled and mostly cleaned up, with a bunch of other parts mixed in just to make it interesting.

Ended up with this...

I learned today that the flywheel cover for the PM800/805/8200 saws are different from all the others so I will be hunting for a cover for this one. Over the past two or three weeks I have managed to put together four 82 cc from parts saws I picked up over the past several years in addition to rebuilding a PM850 and an SP81. It has been a good stretch.

No Sir they did not I will let you know when they get here. And Thank you once again.
Are you kidding me? The USPS is a bunch of cock-sucking-communist-*f-wordheads
I had the deliver a day early on one package and one a day late last week.
But they got there not bent........
