Ok what ya doing to that pump?

Modified it for more oil output. Pretty simple mod to do. Just increase the angle of the ramps on the plunger and make the titty smaller on the end of the adjuster.
I also drill out the pump body to 9/32 where the output tube goes in.

Looks like a little ramp steepening and offset grinding on the pin to add some more lube...

Free Honda HS520AS snowblower on cl. Owner says it starts on the first pull but the auger doesn’t turn. He bought a new 2 stage Instead. I offered to buy him a case of beer, but he just wanted it gone.

I pulled the side plate off and saw that the belt had slipped off of the pullies. I put it back together and it looks like I’ll have a chance to see if there’s something wrong with it tomorrow night with some heavy, wet snow coming.

Does anyone know if a factory metal of nylon air filter is/was in production? What about for 261 Stihl?

Currently setup with a 461 HD50 carb. 044 boot.

No worries. The intake surround was rotated to correct orientation.

Saw sits at 105.5/M126/S128/83

066 couple stragglers and a 350 (didnt want will just check over and resell) and 351 wanted. But had to buy both. . Homie super 2 runs but needs duckbill for bar oil. Not touching it either. 36 a parts saw.

Happy Dance = just needs little things now, AF, and few fasteners.

Test cut with 24" 404 8T buried in dry ash log.

I took a gamble on it and kaching

Pretty sure he dogged the living hell out of it while he was using it in the Alaskan mill. He said it was bogging and struggling and he just forced it through the last 3 feet then it just died. Wouldn’t start again. Parts are expensive! Holy schnikies!
