Probleby the best scoop I've done for awhile, 65$ from my dealer, one owner saw, absolutly nothing wrong with her.
But, 20 years old, they all need seals&rubbers...it's a keeper so I don't mind to put some money in her.

Got a whole little family there.....

Question: do I need anything besides the high-top cover and the HD filter with clamp to convert this low-top to the HD filter?
I'd love to find a half faded high top for my 394 in good condition..

Pretty sure he dogged the living hell out of it while he was using it in the Alaskan mill. He said it was bogging and struggling and he just forced it through the last 3 feet then it just died. Wouldn’t start again. Parts are expensive! Holy schnikies!
Don't skimp on the coil, ask me how I know...

Looks like that cylinder will clean up.

Yeah, thats what i think too. Will take to sanding tomorrow and see for sure. Going to do a little massaging, minor porting and some polishing. Going to be pretty conservative and do a gasket delete. Ordered a new Meteor piston and Cabers for it along with gaskets, seals and bearings.
