I've never heard of the 5000, or saw a red top. Earlier version of the 5100?Technically the 510, 5000, 5100s all used the same piston at the same age.
Good eye on the tank vent. Foam is gone. Needs the new style vent.

The main thing I'm seeing is that I need a red top for my 5100, now that I know they exist.Yup, 5000 was rev limited to 13500 vs 14500 for the 5100
