The universal problem! I've had filthy blowers and other OPE, but the combination of bar oil and wood chips/dust on saws really ends up taking a lot of time (and I generally end up covered in oily wood splatter.)Worst part was cleaning everything,
Make sure the camera angle is right.I’ll have a vid. I’ll see how it runs before I share numbers. I’m going for a smooth torquey saw with good manners.

You need the oring for that side
I’ve got this 372 because it had erratic tuning. Would idle at 3000 the surge up to 4,000 and quit. Ran good in wood but fight the tune on the tach. So I was suspecting an air leak. Not very familiar with the Huskies. I am not seeing any leaking around the actual seal but I’m getting it through the Collar on the pto side. Before I took the saw apart it would hold around 7 psi and then slowly leak. When assembled is there something sealing the top of this collar? Or is it a confirmed seal?

Yes the clutch tightens against itOK when I took it apart I didnt see any o ring so obviously someone’s been in here before does the worm gear and the clutch hold it down? Thank you btw.
I see now it’s under the collar.

To be honest i don't recall ever finding a used one in a saw either.OK so I just took the collar out and I don’t see any remnants of any o ring. I’ll order one now

The o ring usually disappears. I've only ever found a couple. Replace it and pack the sleeve with grease. Also make sure the face of the clutch that seats against the sleeve is flat so it can aid in sealing. Just a few things I've picked up that seem to help with the somewhat flawed design. I will normally go with a new sleeve also.OK so I just took the collar out and I don’t see any remnants of any o ring. I’ll order one now
