Someone I work with has been telling me for a while he wanted me to look over a saw for him and get it running. Like most owners he didn't know what it was....way better than I thought. I was thinking it was most likely a Poulan. This is going to be fun!

Stripped an 066 with spun bearings, sharpened a half dozen chains, got my 335xpt to run after freeing the carb needle, converted a 268 to a 272.

Something is wrong in the switch, it wont run in reverse. It runs the engine backwards..

I think it needs porting and a pipe..

My Mom uses it for hauling around her garden and yard stuff.
I dont think she would like the Busa engine.
My Dad would.

I noticed some fluid on the drive clutch.
It smells like gear lube..
Differential is dry.
I dont imagine it's mix leaking from the crank seal and showing up on the clutch. It has no gas odor.

Did some of these early centrifugal clutches have oil in them?
