They are where you roast marshmallows over the fire, then place them once they are hot enough they are about to fall off your stick onto chocolate with graham crackers as the “sandwich”. Best to roast them slowly as the fire is mostly coals.

Thanks, tp2177, candy was not allowed here back in the day, Me and the brother never seen a marshmallow until we were in high school. I can assure you that the old man never heard of a s'mores.

I got BACON! Might try that! Since its indirect heat we wont need to invite the FD brush truck over for dinner;)
I did a deep fried pork tenderloin stuffed with Andoulli sausage and wrapped in bacon, a couple of years ago. It was a outstanding.
Anything with bacon is bound to be good.
I haven't done much with the deep fryer lately, gotta change that.

I haven't done much with the deep fryer lately, gotta change that.
Sounds delicious! I do the tenderloins breaded and deep fried. Cut to medallion sized pieces. Tell the kids its chicken nuggets and then they love it;)

Just got these done today before the storms, got them in at 11:15 this morning, pulled them at 4: 30. 3.5 ounces of cherry wood in the Smokin-it smoker. If the electric stays on we will have these for supper!! 101_0159.JPG 101_0157.JPG
