It was scrumptious! The next day I toasted some rolls, tossed some shredded meat on there and added some spicy BBQ sauce. So simple but absolutely tasty. I have to wonder what freshly made slaw would've tasted like, either on it or on the side. Gonna have to make another!

Four pound tri tip roast. I wasn't sure I remembered how to use the grill, it's been a while.

I've got to take the Tri-tip plunge sometime. My wife is not fond of rare meat. So I try to be understanding. I've actually never seen one cooked
that wasn't rare. Pardon my ignorance (there may be someone who has cooked one medium -- I've just never seen one).
Steak here at the house is usually Ribeye.

Still too darn cold here in the Northeast. Can't wait to get some ribs and a nice juicy chicken going. We did hit 62* for an hour today, 45* is the high for tomorrow. :-(

I'd say I hate you, but that feels too strong. They look delish and I'm jealous but soon enough I will be firing up the smoker for ribs and chicken. You definitely got the drool factory going. :hambre:
