Tots are always a good starting point IMO.

I let them thaw a bit in the pan then squished them a bit and added the rest.

I stack all the rest of the fixins on the tots derived hash-brown patty when plating up for my version.

I like some spud related product almost daily.

I didn’t think to take a picture but we met some folks from church at a good BBQ place. I had pulled pork, French fries and fried okra. It was very tasty.
