If you've ever dealt with the brain dead employees at most other fast food places, you'll be pleasanty surprised with Chic-fil-A. The employees are clean, courteous and competent. The food is good as well.

That's definitely a plus! Culvers is the same way, around here anyway. Reasonable prices, and neat and clean younger employees that seem to appreciate having a job. Their food is good as well

Agreed, I like Culvers as well.

Had a patty melt from the diner down the road. It was made on Texas toast, two patties, mayo, grilled onions, cheese and tomato -- then grilled on the flat top like a grilled cheese.
And fresh onion rings. Yep it was good.

Culvers is a restaurant that's nicer than your standard burger joint. Comparable menu but higher quality food, that's cooked to order.
I've never had a bad meal at a Culvers.

I must agree, As McDonald's will make me sick. ( except the sausage biscuits ) And they not to good. At least not like mine.

I think that I will do both, since I have a lot of casings here. I am cooking some as I type. this. Might do some 22 mm, and some 32 mm. not sure yet. I have already tasted 2 cakes while grinding, Mmm, good! Update in few minutes.

Update, this is my supper tonight since the girls are moving back to college today. It is also my fifth sausage cake tonight with only 2 glasses of milk. As I have already had 2 cakes before while grinding.

Looks mighty fine! I loved my grandfather's home made sausage. I need to try to make it. Store bought just isn't the same

Thanks Flint. I can assure you that this is better than any sausage that you buy in any grocery store. As we have been making sausage for years.
