Yesterday evening did six center cut chops in a big skillet on the stove, Green Giant broccoli/cauliflower/carrots in cheese sauce in the microwave, pot of rice, knocked down with about half a gal of milk.

Got a late jump at dinner last night, slung together something quick...four over easy on top of a plate full of grits. Couple of tall glasses of milk to wash with.

About a quarter stick of Land O Lakes butter melted under the eggs...good stuff!Raised in the south, love me some grits! Especially love them with a little butter inside and some sausage gravy on top!![]()
