I always enjoyed a half to one pound Victory in my hoppy beers. I bet all those oats give a nice mouthfeel. When I was brewing Citra had just been introduced. I made a rye IPA with all Citra that my buddy in Vegas still raves about. "You made rye IPA before it was even a thing". That and a festbier I made with S-05 fermented below 60°. You couldn't tell it wasn't lagered. I love S-05 such a clean versatile yeast.

I've done one better. A Peppercorn Citra RyePA. Blew everyone away. Slight heat from the peppercorns, dryness from the rye malt. Subtle sweetness from caramel malt & Citra hops

I’m subscribed there as well. Just got southern draw from there Got 10 rose of Sharon lanceros and 10 300 hands Churchill. I dong typically go Churchill but a deal is a deal. I’ll smoke em. They’re pretty good sticks. I like about every southern draw I’ve had. If you like strong the jacobs ladder is killer
