I'd like to try the M in 10mm to see how well I like it, as I DO like the M. A P320 in 10 would be fine too. Walther is making a lot of good stuff, and I really like their CCP, but it's not as thin as it looks for a single stack. It IS very soft shooting though, and the 2 I've tried both shot very well! CZ is making good stuff under the D.W banner, but it'll be awhile before I buy another handgun north of 1K, and I still have my eye on Bisley gripped BFR, or a SRH in either 454 Casull or 475/480.

I' still waiting fr my shoulder to finish healing from surgery, before I wring out my new-to-me D.E. 50AE, so that ought to keep me entertained for a good bit.
I shoot a CZ SP-01 Phantom and absolutely love it. I would really like to get a Shadow 2 and also try out the new CZ / Dan Wesson DWX. Not carry guns, but sweet shooters for sure.

Liking the SIG P365XL -- but most of the local stores look like a flock of locusts went through them. :(

I also may look at a Kahr 9mm, as I actually like a smooth DAO trigger, better than many striker triggers. I will say that the most ill-behaved auto I've ever fired was a mid-sized Kahr CW-40... By 18 rounds, I was flinching. I like the 480 Ruger, and other big thumpers, but that Kahr 40 was like sharp hammer wrap to the hand each time it fired. Just unpleasant. I did get to try the FN 509C recently, and really liked it, aside from the fairly aggressive checkering. Any serious trigger time would need gloves.
I bought my wife a PM9 when they first hit the market. Good little gun, but fussy about ammo. Seems it likes to have a failure to feed with some ammo. Bought her a G43, and the Kahr went in the safe. I wish they brought at least 50% of what I paid on the used market. It would be gone in a heartbeat. The trigger is phenomenal for a striker fired pistol. I had the shop I purchased it at smooth things up as well. They sell for $150-200 used around here. Shoulda sold it before the G43 came out‍♂️

I think Kahr was trying to downsize the PM9 a little too much. I had a CW9 and it was great, only sold it because the trigger didn't work with my big meaty fingers.

This Taurus th9c impressed me
Very accurate with a decent single action
Double is a little heavy.20200615_172754.jpgBorrowed this off my 78 year old neighbor
He only had 6 rounds in it he thought it was full
It holds 13 in the mag.20200615_185412.jpg
For a 230.00 gun it is very well made
Cocked and locked carry and a decocker20200616_191321.jpg
I'm going today to find a g2 or g3 for my sister
The double on this one is too heavy for her.

If you don't want to spend a bunch of coin, buy her a little Ruger LCP II .380. They're not picky about ammo, at least from what I've shot through the ones I have. I put Armalaser green lasers w/master on/off switches on both (either use the laser or don't)...you can't beat 'em for the money. And if you don't think a 95gr hollow point won't tear an ass up, you're sadly mistaken. You can get Ruger 1-shot extended mags that hold 7 (8 shot total with one in the chamber) with a little longer mag well for your small finger, than the factory mags that hold 6 (7 total with one in the chamber).

Concerning the Armalaser green lasers I mentioned above...even if you turn on the master switch and keep it on, the laser still will not activate until the inside of your middle finger bridges two contacts underneath the trigger housing near the magazine well of the grip, then the laser works...remove your grip, the contact breaks, laser goes off. Green lasers are ten times easier to see in the daytime over red lasers...all about nanometer light frequency/light spectrum to the human eye. And green are superior at nighttime.
