I like to remove as much as possible with the 4 1/2" first. Really saves the small wheels.

Removed as much as possible with the 4 1/2 wheel. What's left is as thin as paper.

I split the muffler and removed all the junk in there.

I didn't get near as nice of a weld because I get zero prep work. Plus I was in a real big hurry and I don't care about the saw.

Yeah it's not the best stuff to be welding... If I'm going to be stick welding a lot of it I'll get a fan and blow the fumes away form me.
