We were working on clearing some of the clutter out of the shop on Saturday in anticipation of the open house coming up 28/29 March. We did some reorganizing in the cold storage area of the attic. One side is mostly Homelite with a few plastic Poulans, Malls, and 2 man McCulloch carcasses.



The other side is McCulloch saws of different stripes.





If you come for the open house you can go on a treasure hunt if you dare...

Never asked if you had a Mac 15 that was nice for display or even want one but I have a very nice one i aquired and I’m sure it would even run with some work but I have no desire to run it. Seems like it may have been one of the cheapest Mac’s made at the time and I can’t imagine how slow it is probably.

I have a decent all yellow one in the display, and a couple with the black tanks still in my garage.





None of the MAC15 saws that I have seen look like they had a lot of use. They were not really that nice of a saw to operate...

Everytime I see a model I don't have, I feel the urge to go look for one...

Until Phase 2 is up and ready I really must stop adding saws to the collection as I am definitely running out of space.

The Husky branded one I have says 34 Deluxe. I presume the 35 is a points ignition model? If you think of it, bring it along and we'll work something out.

I will, looks like according to what I’ve seen the 35 is newer model and came points or electronic just like the 34/34specal. I’d guess it’s the same engine and they just made some revisions like the air box and rear handle. The 35 has a chain brake

Pretty well missed us, maybe 1" of wet, heavy snow that mostly melted today. Truth is we could use some moisture but now that will have to wait until 30 March or so....
