Video's of the small short line railroads in your neck of the woods?

I'll start, was going to get parts for a Stihl ms361.....and this crossed the road in front of me.... squirrel!! Ran and got some video of this rather new for this railroad configuration. An omen?? Never did get the 361 parts!

Up front is a 3000hp sd33 eco and in back is a new to NYSW 4000hp emd sd70m-2 , and what is more important...they BOTH are TWO STROKES , should appeal to the saw mechanics...who wants a four stroke saw!

I have some of the local plaster city line, and there is a FB group for it. Pretty cool, last narrow gauge I think. My dad is a big time RR nut.

Took a ride on the Durango Silverton 20 years ago was quite the rock & roll ride! Had to wait for cows to clear the track at one point, a lot of fun.

Yep, I've done some work on those emd prime movers. Started with a 567 that was a pullout from a GP-7 then had some fun with a 645E that was a loco pullout also being used as a remote logging camp genset, love those 2 stroke diesels, nothin beats the noise of a consist of sd40-2's pulling 4000 ton up a 2 .6 percent grade!
