I only use chainsaw in fake life. That is my problem…I don't know anyone using a chainsaw in real life worried about winning waces.
Judging by the thread title, it would seem to me that you knew you were potentially stirring the pot. Not really because almost nobody on here really gives a rip about such inanely arbitrary apples to oranges pedantry, but I digress. So I guess who is trolling whom then?Nah, you're trolling. Find another thread. Thanks.
Apple or Hickory smoked?
I think it's more sharing a preference when having to be with a running saw for hours at a time. As I get older, I am more aware of hazards that my younger self didn't think twice about. Running a strato saw's biggest benefit is to the operator.Judging by the thread title, it would seem to me that you knew you were potentially stirring the pot. I see that you learned how to use the report function. If you can’t take some gentle ribbing on this forum, I suggest you learn how to also use the ignore function. You are amongst real deal tree men and the men who port and sell them saws. It’s a bunch of sometimes salty sailors. I’d advise growing some thicker skin regardless.
I can't stop laughing... This whole thread is hilarious but this is the cherry on top!!! Well played!!!dont let ryan fool you. heres a pic of him and his “posse” on a starbucks run i think

Im a maple man myself.Sugar cured FTW. Might as well have a side of beetus with my clogged arteries!
Im brand new here too. Not at all new to saws, cutting, porting, welding, machining etc. How old are you? As for the person I reported, I will just ignore. That said, the internet is full of trolls inserting themselves into regular discussions that just derail. Was hoping maybe that was more frowned upon here.
Old enough? Chainsaws are a great hobby for me. I love building them and using them to make money. Glad you get a kick out of the banter.Im a maple man myself.

And banter it is, Ryan makes a living with a saw and I know several others that do also doing removals and logging. To most on here 3-5 oz makes zero difference, a 11-1500$ saw to make a living isn’t that much money and they wouldn’t buy something they didn’t like because it was cheaper or 3’oz lighter. They also don’t buy 4-500$ refurbished axes and worry about getting the gullet. You definitely need a little tougher hide hanging out here but vast majority of the people on here are down to earth people that will help each other out while giving a ribbing at the same time.Old enough? I personally have reported you so many times I can't believe you're still here. What's your secret?Imagine if I weported all the people who have made fun of my smile and the relentless sexual harassment I've endured from all you pilgrims over the years.

He told me that was "our special place". He used to wear that special sweater from his senior pictureAsk your buddy Harry about leather nights at the Blue Oyster and you'll put the pieces together.
