A local dealers daughter offered me one, still in its original box. Her father kept it as it was the first saw that was delivered to him when he opened the business around 1970 - 71. Saws like this rarely ever come up for sale, the $500. is very realistic to a real collector for a never fueled saw.

I couldn't sell that for $200 around here.

I'm not saying I don't like it, they're just a hard sell around here.

FWIW Larry Stiener has the last 090 Stihl ever sold in Canada and as far as I know it's never been fueled .John Lambert sold it to him.
The value of anything collectible is between the seller and the buyer .One mans poison is another mans meat .

Another one goes by the name of"just David" on flea bay .He cornered the market on McCulloch pm 610 and 650's and was pedaling them for 400 a pop .Really talked them up .He also on occasion sold suppossedly brand new Mac 700's for 700 a pop . Even had a few Mac 10-10's new in the box for 5-600 .People bought them evidently .Damned good salesman .
