Certainly I’m not an arborist by trade, but this is the maple I took down today. That is a genie tz50-30. So I was giving my wife a ride to the top and that is 50’ up.

Good point. It would be helpful in a normal winter but not this year. Everything is mud

It’s was probably 85-90ft which is rare in Nebraska. Most of the time a our 75ft trucks can reach past the top of the trees we do. But most guys here run 55-60ft trucks so when a big one comes up I have an advantage.

Whatever it burns in diesel and save a little back for upkeep. I co-own it with another tree service so we trade weeks back and forth with it depending on demand. If we hire out to someone else it’s $140 per hour.

It’s a HEMTT which is similar to the LVS but does not articulate to steer. It uses the same engine and drivetrain but all 4 front tires steer instead of bending in the middle.
