How much would one of those run and how long might it be?

Gonna think I'm nuts but a 22" lightweight small mount would be perfect on the modern class of high powered 60cc saws. And us northern guys still like our .058

A 22 would leave me about 20" of cut with my 6100 and it's crazy klingon battle weapon style bucking spikes.

Exactly! My 2260 is the same way. Just a hair short to noodle the big rounds since a 72 dl bar is only 18" or so usable bar.

those .058 and .063 bars are so unpopular that until this week i had never sold a .058 large husky bar and the small husky stuff that only comes in 58 produces lots of grumbling customers and quite a few lost sales so it will take lots of convincing to get me to pony up for 50 bars of anything in 58 or 63 gauge
That may be the case in your area - but in most of the world .050 in regular 3/8" and .325 is more or less unheard of. ;)

I haven't seen a Tsumura in that configuration, but there is always the C1 mount Cannon Supermini (listed as 66 dl, so close to a true 18" bar than 3005 mount bars usually are).

Thanks. That's what I ended up with. I suspect the nose isn't of the same high quality as the bar itself but hopefully time will prove me wrong. Incidentally, I have a few different brands of 3/8LP noses here and they certainly are different in how smooth various brands of 3/8LP roll around them.
