Unless they stated re-using the model number on a newer saw, the old school partner 5000 has no relationship to the 2009 saw.
I'd guess it's a Jenn Feng product if anything...

Sure doesn't look like a Partner 5000. Googled cylinder number and it comes up a McCulloch 4900.

I had one of them last year.
All power tools were 5 bucks, hand tool a buck... I got 2 lathes for 200 (1 metal, 1 wood), 2 Bosch circular saws, four grinders, 4 routers, more hand tools than I can remember including a box of sarrett, and I still regret not taking more cash... Lol.
