I came across the same saw in pretty darn nice shape at a local pawn shop a few weeks back, but as usual, way over priced, I didn't even make an offer.....I picked this up the other day for $40 and a little bit of time to clean and tune up the seller's PP330. I think I got a pretty good deal!View attachment 64091 View attachment 64092
Got my holy grail!
Picked this 445 yesterday. The seller said that the chain was worn out so he went to Menards and decided to buy a Jonsered 2245(?). The spur barely has a mark on it. The chain was toast. Didn't realize saws were like Bic razors. Lol.
I wasn't looking for one but I couldn't pass up the price. Can't believe how easy it starts and runs nice.
Do they make a wider 16" k095 bar? This is a .325 .050 66 was pixel chain. Here is is compared to a 16" .325 .063 67 Stihl bar. It looks like it's off of a Wild Thing since the stock bar was so skinny.
Or should I just buy an Oregon
20 lpx066g. Regular kerf .325 .050 66 and call it good? View attachment 64215View attachment 64216
New a bar and chain and filter, might advance the timing a bit.
I kinda figured that's the one you were talking about, been on my watchlist since it was listed but too much $$$ for me.Got my holy grail!
thats what I did. Bought a regular kerf .325. I removed the oiler and Honda bonded the rubber to the tank. Hope it stops leaking.I would go new chain
