Well actually Saturdays snag, a bit of a drive but worth it, an early 031av, guessing 1972 or '73, still have yet to take pics after cleaning, these are the sellers pics, but it did clean up nicely and will be coming apart for a complete cleaning and go-over, still has an original 20" Stihl labeled hard nose though I won't be using it, these 031's can be made to be real runners by deleting the base gasket and replacing the condenser with a capacitor, I've been in the process of trying to create a time-line for the 031 from earliest to the last, but still have more research to do, but pretty sure this one is either a late 1971, '72 or early '73, I also bought a nice 015av in an original case from the same seller and got a better price, it also is nice but will get sold to a friend of mine that likes these to recoup some of my funds.....:)00B0B_i1YFytPDKo6_1200x900.jpg 00d0d_hyn23ordROR_1200x900.jpg 00p0p_IiEHJrIc0u_1200x900.jpg

Picked this 445 yesterday. The seller said that the chain was worn out so he went to Menards and decided to buy a Jonsered 2245(?). The spur barely has a mark on it. The chain was toast. Didn't realize saws were like Bic razors. Lol.

I wasn't looking for one but I couldn't pass up the price. Can't believe how easy it starts and runs nice.

Do they make a wider 16" k095 bar? This is a .325 .050 66 was pixel chain. Here is is compared to a 16" .325 .063 67 Stihl bar. It looks like it's off of a Wild Thing since the stock bar was so skinny.

Or should I just buy an Oregon
20 lpx066g. Regular kerf .325 .050 66 and call it good? IMG_4431.JPGIMG_4433.JPG

I kinda figured that's the one you were talking about, been on my watchlist since it was listed but too much $$$ for me.

I was watching this one too out of curiosity of what it would go for should I think of selling mine some day... I'd have to be crazy though! I cut with it today and I'm loving it..
I hope your new saw looks as good and unmolested as it does in the pics!
