Picked this 026 up yesterday. Cleanest one I’ve ever seen. This is how I got it. Have done no cleaning on it whatsoever.

Haven't run that model but the larger versions are nice. I bet you will like it, easy to work on, good solid old saws.My neighbor gave me this echo 452VL today. I don't know anything about Echos but it has compression and the bar and chain are decent. I think it will run. Any info on these would be great. Are they decent saws? I may get it running and try and sell it to buy more STIHL junk.

As @beaglebriar said, they are solid performers. Check for spark, as the ignition was the weak point on these saws.My neighbor gave me this echo 452VL today.
