Never got it from dbag had to report him to letgo after i paid for it family and friends.the guy seemed legit but never sent trackung i heard every excuse in book until he blocked me. All i wanted was the item or my money. It was more principle not the 25 bucks.

That sucks :/. I have a disputed opened up through PayPal for a “395 that was advertised. Wanted 200 for it. Needed a top end. After reviewing the vague photos, I realized it was a 288/281...tried to get information from him with no luck. Then he blocked me. Luckily I didn’t pay f&f.

Truck load of snag the day. Pole saw wasn’t included it Just happened to be with me. Paid up a little on the group there’s 20 saws there with two being concrete saws. Not really any pro level stuff but plenty with compression just needing basic service. Others will be parted out that aren’t worth fixing. Two complete 028 with love yes of compression to be had. Low compression dolmar 510. I think a couple 350 huskie saws

And appears to be full of compression as well. I ended up taking it all to my storage locker so it will be a little while before I start plucking them back out to see what they all need for sure.

My boss gave me this one, Jonsered 630. Anybody know how to tell if its a "super"? The tag just says 630.View attachment 99459 View attachment 99460

I have a 630 J'red that is very nice, and it is not a super...

I would say that since yours doesn't have 630 SUPER on a white letter sticker on the air filter housing cover, nor does it look like it was on the clutch cover, it is probably a standard 630.

I swapped mine to an OEM Kolbenschmidt 272 piston and cylinder with some very minor touches to the cylinder and a gasket delete, along with an agressive muffler mod and a port matched velocity stack and K&N air filter.

It ran great as a 630, but it is a real animal as a 72cc monster..... pulls a 28 inch bar with a full comp chain with authority!

No i hadn't seen it. Haven't been on the site in a while. But im definitely interested as its real close to my neck of the woods. Thanks for the info!

Going to attempt to get it re-plated. If not...looks like I’ll need a new slug n jug

Those transfers are super clean. That is unfortunate about the rest.

Rest of the saw is dirty...but in decent shape. Top cover does have a piece broken out. If
I can salvage the cylinder, I will also need to find someone to weld the muffler stud hole to re-tap it.

is it stripped out? And can you over bore it and then replate the jug?
