I would guess that he does it over the course of many many purchases and just dings like every 6th or 7th vendor, probably always for small *s-word so that the vendor says screw it... there has to be a pattern....first thing I would do would be to contact the BBB in his town or country present your evidence and ding him in that regards. there are more than few ways to skin that cat.

Or the customers that tell u they need equipment fixed ASAP, you call them the next day and tell them it ready and they said it will be frist of month before they had the money and it’s the 12th day of the month (telling u, we’ll pick it up and come back 2 weeks later to pay u for it lol) they don’t like it when u laugh at them on the phone

Funny you say Arkansas cause my buddy that said fast payment equals fast service was born there. That man could rip a drive way out and lay it back down in a day like it was nothing before he had a stroke 10 years ago. And it' kind of funny to me but after his stoke his speech just slowed enough that I could understand what the he'l he was talking about.
