Anyone have a good oil pump from a 355t parts saw? Just need the pump part, not the worm gear or anything. Trying to fix a friend's saw on a budget, we thought a stripped bar stud was the only issue, but the oil pump gear is stripped.

Also, I have an Echo 271t engine that is worn out, not sure if anyone could make use of what's left. The bearings felt a bit rough from sitting (that happens) but got smooth when I spun it up for a compression test. I got 100psi before my socket adapter stripped. Piston and ring look useable, chrome is worn off at the top of the cylinder, some aluminum transfer on the hot side too. The seals don't feel as tight on the shaft as new ones would.

I have a 335t parts/project saw, I need to look at it and see if it’s worth fixing or part out

Thought I read somewhere that the oil pump is the same as the 590 and some other rear handles also?

Has anyone tried to order 1129 020 2601 or 2600? 200t fan side crank case. Seems to be not available for Midwest stihl.

2601 shows up in the Bryan equipment price list. (The 2600 020 part number is obsolete from a distributor). I'd guess it's a supply chain issue still related to Covid. No secret they're having problems filling orders these days. 'Course you could go with a kit for the case half if you're desperate. Damn near the same price if you buy direct from China -- and probably faster delivery.

The other option is to sell your non-running 200T for a thousand bucks on ebay and buy a pair of 201Ts for the same price (or less)!

Many years ago, I salvaged two of those that were in a dumpster. After I started working on them, it was obvious why they were in there.

I got them running though and gave one to a logger buddy that needed a top handle saw. He got about two years out of it.
