Just making some slabs. My kids used it to build a fort.Nice! Good looking sawcutting like a boss. Just got me one of those in orange. What are you making here? Just ripping slabs, or is that a trough of some sort?
KEEP QUIET!!!!Wilhelm! Why no 6100 in your saw list?
I checked if I am allowed to post my PS-550/55.6cc and the consensus was YES.I guess that my small Makita 520i fails to fit inside the specs required for posting here -- Max 50 cc class. Please correct me if wrong. I sure like this saw. I mentioned this before, but nobody made a comment. Not sure why. This saw cuts wood like a bandit. Heck, maybe I'm the only one who owns one. So, from here on out it's a secret, and I'll just keep it to myself.
It looks possible . The oil hole you drill will be closer to the top of the tail rail by a small amount. The bar patterns are only slightly different to K095 as the pics show. The chain tensioner holes may need some adjustment to. Pics are of ....A041 3/8 LP and Oregon K095 .325 .Can someone confirm or dispute the following:
- a A041 bar (from an old small Sachs-Dolmar) can be made to fit a Dolmar PS-550 featuring small Husky mount simply by drilling an oiler hole?
I finally got my hands on this custom made small spline 3/8"Picco sprocket and I want to run my PowerSharp setup on my PS-550 for science and fun.
