Heidi needs some orange doggie chaps and a little helmet with ear muffs and face shield... haha

I like the compact breeds that take the full size-dog temperament and bottle them up in a smaller size. Just like good 40-50cc chainsaws...
She is a quirky little energy packed pup and fearless too.
I have a couple videos of her, might upload the nicer ones.

Just wondering is the 420 as good as the 421?
Very little difference on paper. Just asking if anyone noticed any differences.
The 421 is a saw you get in the USA market mostly and the 420 in the same saw for the rest of us. The early 421 and 420 were "both 2 KW" rather than 2.2 Kw that they are now. The saw in USA is now the Makita 4300 in red/orange where as the Ps-420 and the Makita "Teal Blue" Ea-4300 is the same saw elsewhere.

Yes I was wondering because there is a NOS 420 near me. I want it but I have a Echo 530 50cc and a Efco MT 4400 44cc. Wants doesn’t justify need. CAD.

Rule of thumb....full size NGK BPMR7 plug = early version .....micro NGK CMR7a = current version .

If i had a spare 421/4300 i’d sell/loan it to you cheap and you could try it out. Sadly i don’t have an extra at the moment.

With just a muff mod, that Echo runs well. They enjoy some porting, too. Yer OK for now. Kill that efco in work and replace it with someone else later on ;)
It will be hard to kill that Echo - they are built like tanks.
