Ok I need some help with this one.
I have an older 039 that I put a new piston and rings in , and it runs and cuts beautifully.
But, when it warms up AND I set it on the ground the idle slowly dies down and it shakes itself off, restarts fine and run normally ;as long as I'm holding it.View attachment 390780View attachment 390781
Now ,I pulled the air filer and watched it die. The amount of spitback was excessive. I could see the brass nozzle in the throttle bore drip every once in a while at idle ;which would cause a sudden shutter and eventually the shutter would shut the saw down!

Points at nozzle. Where do I get one of these ? As I suspect that it shouldn't be dripping at idle.
@jacob j. Any ideas?

Walbro used lots of different check valve/main nozzles.

It appears that the one for the application at hand is a single piece nozzle. It also appears that the HD Series was a fairly limited one. I have quite a bit of Walbro material but wasn't able to nail down a plain HD (without additional suffix letter) ipl in any of it, just the following model list acknowledging the existence of the Series and the MediaCAT ipl with corresponding Stihl part numbers.

I wasn't able to come up with any cross-ref to an equivalent Walbro part number but did coincidentally find this right outta the gate with a Google search of the Stihl number. Looks like your lucky day.

The 051AV doesn't have a bar or chain either.What's the bar mount pattern on this saw,D025?
