I just thought it odd that the oil hole doesn't seem to line up.

E099 bar is what you’re looking for from Oregon it’s the dual location oil holes and adjuster holes with a 14mm mount.

E099 seems to be discontinued by Oregon, at least it no longer appears in the Oregon Chain Saw Mounts Catalog 2020.
It needs some extra drilling as well in order to fit Dolmar 14mm mounts (D033).
