Posted this on AS but thought I would try here too. I picked up this nos Bing 49b carb awhile back thinking it was for an 064. Turns out I did not look at the pictures close enough. The fittings and throttle linkage are definitely not for an 064. Take a look at the first picture and you can see a Bing 49a for an 064 on the left next to the Bing 49b on the right. The Google machine says this may work on a ps-9000 or makita dcs-9000. Can anyone confirm this?

@166 Steve or @cuttinscott Scott can confirm, but I remember going through a Bing on the Dolly 9000 I rebuilt many years ago.

That’s definitely for the Dolmar PS-9000. I have a couple of those saws here with that carb on it.

I could use a set of Solo 694 hoods for it.

This was a project saw that had a messed up bar pad. So this saw is using the D009 bar studs in the front set of holes. Had to get the new case machined to make the studs work.
